Membership Eligibility
 Membership is open to those who meet at least one of the following conditions:
  1. must have worked at least ten (10) years for HP/Agilent
  2. is presently on permanent disability and was working at HP/Agilent at the time of his/her permanent disability
  3. retired at age sixty-five (65) years without completing ten (10) years at HP/Agilent or
  4. is the surviving spouse of a member in good standing at the time of such member's death.
If you have a situation not covered above, you can appeal to the HPREC Board of Directors for special consideration. 		    Image of Lighthouse
 
 

     The HPREC Bay Area Club Welcomes HP and Agilent retirees
   
  If after reviewing the above eligibility requirements, you would like to join the Bay Area club, please fill in the information below and click the "Show Membership Form" button. If you prefer, you can request that the membership form be sent to you by US mail.
